FAQs

Straight answers to what clients usually ask before working with Fenton Quill.

Can you audit my current marketing without taking it over?

We'll flag what's working and what isn't, even if you end up staying where you are. We're not offended if the audit doesn't turn into more work.

What happens after I sign up?

You'll meet the actual person running your account during onboarding, not just a salesperson. We'd rather take an extra week upfront than launch something we haven't checked.

Is this a fit for a business my size?

We work with a range of business sizes, but we're upfront if a budget doesn't match what a channel needs. We'd rather say no early than take a client we can't actually help.

How much does this cost?

Costs vary by channel — a single-service engagement runs differently than a multi-channel one. A short intake call is usually enough to give you a specific figure.

Who owns the ad accounts and analytics?

Ownership questions come up early in onboarding specifically so there's no ambiguity later. If we ever part ways, you keep everything, full stop.

How often will I get reports?

Every report includes what changed, why, and what we're doing next. You'll always know exactly what we did and why we did it.

Am I locked into a contract?

We're confident enough in the reporting that a long lock-in isn't necessary. If the numbers aren't working, that conversation happens well before a renewal date.
